Server Assistant (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests while managing reservations to ensure an efficient dining flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Coordinate and organize reservations, group seating, and special requests
- Monitor dining room activity, identify newly seated guests, and notify servers promptly
- Maintain a fast-paced, high-energy work style while delivering excellent guest service
- Assist service staff by delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly
- Expedite food orders by organizing and building tickets on the kitchen line
- Fill and refill guest water glasses to ensure attentive service
- Pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, and unnecessary items throughout the meal
- Clean and reset tables quickly after guest departure, ensuring readiness for the next party
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Prepare and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and dietary restrictions
- Support team members across departments to enhance overall service quality
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining and service areas
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards
- Handle to-go orders and assist with guest requests as needed

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
- Flexible schedule
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently to assist guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
