Server Assistant Substitute

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

• Assist servers in their tasks such as setting tables, serving food, refilling glasses, and cleaning tables
• Ensure clean and hygienic dining areas
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
• Help customers with their special requests and dietary restrictions
• Assist in the kitchen when necessary by preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes
• Resolve customer complaints and relay them to the manager or server if needed
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties

Hourly Pay Range\: $18.00 - $25.00
