Supporting Servers and Hosts with food and beverage service throughout the meal.
Staying in tune with the flow of service and understanding where each table is in the dining experience.
Providing attentive water service and maintaining appropriate water levels throughout the meal.
Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables at the appropriate time according to company standards.
Providing crumb service when directed by the Server.
Transporting dirty tableware from the dining room to the dish drop area and properly sorting items.
Keeping service stations fully stocked with silverware, linens, glassware, condiments, and other necessary supplies.
Folding napkins, polishing silver, replenishing condiments, and maintaining an organized side stand throughout each shift.
Wiping down booths and chairs, moving tables and chairs as needed, and keeping dining areas clean.
Ensuring the dining room, waiting areas, and service spaces remain clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
Responding to guest questions and service concerns promptly and graciously and communicating issues to the appropriate Server or Manager on Duty.
Completing special cleaning projects such as dusting, polishing, scrubbing walls, and other tasks based on the needs of the restaurant.
Maintaining a polished and guest-ready appearance of your station and surrounding areas.
Communicating consistently with Servers, Hosts, Managers, and fellow Curators to keep service running smoothly.
Moving quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room while remaining attentive to guests.

You understand the importance of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and attention to detail.
You are dependable and take pride in maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
You are willing to jump in wherever needed to support your team and create a seamless guest experience.
You understand that your actions and communication are always visible to guests and represent Coury Hospitality.
Education and Experience
Previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience preferred.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of restaurant menus, ingredients, cooking techniques, and glassware preferred.
Knowledge of basic sanitation and restaurant service standards.
Familiarity with computer systems and ordering procedures preferred.
Ability to quickly learn service procedures, menus, dining room layouts, and restaurant standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Must maintain a complete uniform and professional appearance for all scheduled shifts.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk throughout an eight-hour shift.
Ability to move quickly and gracefully throughout the dining room during service.
Ability to lift, balance, and carry large dining room service trays.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, move tables and chairs, and perform cleaning and stocking tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent guest interaction.
Ability to maintain focus, professionalism, and attention to detail during busy meal periods.
Must wear closed-toe, non-canvas, non-skid-soled shoes while working.
