Server

The role is responsible for: Reporting to the MOD and GM, A Warehouse Server is responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and fun experience. The role is not only to server the customers but to have them wanting to come back!

Main Duties:

• Greet your table as soon as possible. If you are busy communicate that with the table or ask for help.
• Take the guests orders. Know the menu and make recommendations and upsells.
• Punching in orders in the Squirrel POS.
• Clearing your tables and keeping your section clean.
• Teamwork style service. Everyone helps everyone!
• Running the drinks and food.
• Taking payment from your tables in a prompt manner.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong working knowledge of Ontario liquor licensing laws.
• Must have strong working knowledge of the flow of the restaurant and menus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to be personable with our guests and create a party like atmosphere for them.
• Ability to make recommendations on the food and drink menus to enhance the guests experience.
