Server/Bartender
- Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- Describe specials of the day to guests, answer questions regarding menu items, and offer suggestions when appropriate
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- Maintain organized workstation and side work duties
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system
- Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
- Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques
- Practice tray service for all food and beverage service
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
- High school diploma or GED; and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol
