1. Design and define BIOS architecture, specifications, and firmware requirements for Next-Generation Server Platforms, including high-density AI/GPU clusters and Liquid-Cooling systems.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal developers or external partners to deliver serviceable, reliable, and scalable solutions.
3. Next-Gen Ecosystem Alignment: Drive firmware strategy around open-source initiatives (such as EDKII, OpenBMC alignment, and Coreboot / LinuxBoot and collaborate with silicon vendors (Intel, AMD, ARM) on reference code integration.
4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and generations.
5. Debug complex server platform regressions utilizing advanced failure-analysis tools and automated Telemetry/Logging design.
6. Performance & RAS Tuning: Architect advanced Memory/PCIe training algorithms and advanced Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) features
