1. Design and define BMC architecture, specifications, and firmware requirements for Next-Generation Server Platforms, including high-density AI/GPU clusters and Liquid-Cooling systems.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal developers or external partners to deliver serviceable, reliable, and scalable solutions.
3. Work with open-source frameworks like OpenBMC and collaborate with vendors on BIOS/BMC code development.
4. Next-Gen Ecosystem Alignment: Drive firmware strategy around open-source initiatives and collaborate with silicon vendors (Aspeed) on reference code integration.
5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and generations.
6. Debug complex server platform regressions utilizing advanced failure-analysis tools and automated Telemetry/Logging design.
