As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience throughout each event.

The day to day:

  • Create a positive guest experience through engaging interactions and consistent adherence to established service standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Answer guest questions regarding food, beverages, wine, event space services, and other event-related offerings.
  • Accurately enter guest orders and information into the POS system.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards throughout the event.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, ensuring all service areas, equipment, and materials are clean and free from clutter.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of food contamination risks and appropriate prevention methods.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures.
  • Be aware of and appropriately communicate any guest special requests, including allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently, safely, and according to established procedures.
  • Support the overall success of events by working collaboratively with the Event Space and service teams.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of serving experience in a similar hospitality or event environment.
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification is required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and high service standards.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, with the ability to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, professionalism, and momentum throughout the duration of a shift.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Currently Recruiting – 2 Server

Position 1 – 4 Days per Week

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 9:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
  • $25/hour

Position 2 – 3 Days per Week

  • 3 days per week with more flexibility
  • 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • $25/hour

      This is a current vacancy.

      Wage: $25/ hour
