Server & Cloud Infrastructure Lead
Summary
Leads Exide Industries' enterprise server and cloud infrastructure, running a hybrid on-premises + Microsoft Azure environment: Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, backup/DR, IAM, security hardening, monitoring, and automation with tools like Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
We are seeking a technically strong and hands-on Server & Cloud Infrastructure Lead with 5+ years of relevant experience in managing and supporting enterprise Hybrid Infrastructure environments.
The candidate should possess strong practical experience in Microsoft Azure, Windows/Linux Server Administration, Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Security, Identity & Access Management, and Automation.
The role will be responsible for ensuring availability, security, performance, and operational excellence across on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments while supporting modernization and automation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
• Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Services (Mandatory)
• Hybrid Infrastructure (On-Premises + Azure)
• Windows Server Administration
• Linux Administration (RHEL / Ubuntu)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
• VMware vSphere / Hyper-V / Nutanix AHV
• Enterprise Backup Solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik or equivalent)
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) Fundamentals
• Infrastructure Security & Server Hardening Fundamentals
• Infrastructure Monitoring & Performance Management
• Automation using Terraform / PowerShell / Python / Ansible (any one or more)
