Taking initiative will also be a big part of this role. You must be a problem solver and able to be self-sufficient to resolve any issues that arise during your shift.

You must be dependable and reliable. We are a small restaurant and we rely on each other to show up and be punctual to all scheduled shifts.

Having a positive attitude is very important. Your attitude towards your job and your co-workers is crucial to our success.
