Server
- Responsible for dining area set ups and clearing tables
- Explains menu items available to residents with knowledge of food preparation and ingredients.
- Takes meal and beverage orders from residents.
- Serves meals and beverages to residents according to established rules of etiquette in a formal setting.
- Checks regularly with residents throughout meal to inquire as to additional needs; replenish beverages etc.
- Upon completion of meal; will offer dessert items; coffee, tea, etc.
- Ensure accurate accounting practices when posting charges to resident accounts utilizing P.O.S. system.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
