Server

The Dining Server is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and compassionate dining service to residents and guests. The Dining Server assists with meal service, maintains a clean and safe dining environment, and supports the Dining Services team in creating an enjoyable restaurant-style experience for residents.

• Must be at least 18 years of age, or meet applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude when working with residents, families, guests, and coworkers.
• Must demonstrate patience and compassion when interacting with older adults.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete required company and community training.
• Must comply with all applicable food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety requirements.
