What You'll Do
As a Server / Dining Associate, you'll help make mealtimes something our residents look forward to!

Greet residents and guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.

Serve delicious meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Assist residents with their dining needs while providing excellent customer service.

Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.

Clear and reset tables between meal services.

Deliver meal trays to residents' apartments when needed.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.

Work together with the dining team to create an enjoyable experience for everyone.

What We're Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older.

A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Previous restaurant, serving, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Must meet company background screening and drug-free workplace requirements.
