Department Overview

The System Division is an organization where you can engage in all tasks related to all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc., ranging from developing core business systems to user applications for iPhone / Android. The systems are based on open architectures and we are also actively adopting open source technology.

This position's responsibilities include not only design/installation/operation of OS, hardware and middle ware, but also work for data center facilities and external services, and coordination with developers. Position Details

- Design and development of new services

- Improve servers and middleware parameters of current services

- New technology consideration and proposal

- Management of infrastructure projects

- Leading team as a team leader or assistant leader

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in the design, construction, and operation of servers utilizing RHEL and/or Solaris (5 years or more)

- Project management experience (3 years or more)

- Experience in designing, building, and operating systems of medium to large scale (100+ servers/instances)

- Practical experience of web system development or operation

- Knowledge of software/middle ware technology

- Demonstrated experience in independently conducting performance tuning and resolving issues within a production service environment

Desired Qualifications:

- Practical experience of container application platform (e.g. open shift)

- Practical experience of web system development or operation

- Practical experience of working for financial service system

- Ability to review entire system, not just one of system components

- Team leading experience

- Curiosity towards new services and technologies, and self-studying ability
