About the Role
Join the Food and Beverage team at Escondido Golf & Lake Club, where we're dedicated to exceeding expectations for our Members and their guests. As a Food & Beverage Server, you'll deliver the "Escondido Experience" — anticipating Member needs and providing hospitality that feels personal, polished, and consistent every time.
What You'll Do
- Follow our established Steps of Service to ensure a consistent experience for every Member and guest
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS (Jonas) system
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and cocktail offerings with confidence
- Prepare hot/cold beverages, chill wine, and serve wine tableside with proper presentation
- Check in with Members and guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Set up and break down dining areas, including linens, silverware, and glassware
- Learn and remember Member preferences to provide personalized service
- Follow all TABC rules and regulations
- Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily and weekly checklists
- Assist with banquet service and bartending as needed
- Stay current on Club events and uphold Escondido's Core Values and Credo
