We're looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at The Brook. In this role, you'll create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service, building guest connections, and helping ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional food and beverage service
- Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service and safety standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentation-ready service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
- Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
