Server - Fine Dinning
We are seeking a polished, passionate, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong appreciation for Italian cuisine, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a refined yet welcoming guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, attentive, and personalized service consistent with fine dining standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, regional specialties, and culinary traditions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, wine and beverage offerings, and dietary considerations.
- Anticipate guest needs and create a warm, memorable dining experience.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, chefs, servers, sommeliers, and management.
- Follow established service standards, restaurant procedures, and food-safety guidelines.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor throughout each shift.
- Accurately process orders, payments, and guest requests.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or a comparable service environment preferred.
- Experienced in Italian food, wine, hospitality, and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed service expectations.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Strong teamwork and willingness to support colleagues across the restaurant.
- Knowledge of Italian wines and regional cuisine is a plus.
- Food-safety, wine, or hospitality certifications are a plus.
