Schedule Availability
We are seeking Full-Time Servers with flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Available Shifts\:
Jacob's Spring Grill (AM Server)
- Early morning availability required
- Typical shifts may begin as early as 5\:00 AM
Ace's Lobby Bar (PM Server)
- Evening availability required
- Typical shifts range from 4\:00 PM - 12\:00 AM
Schedules may vary based on business needs.
What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences while creating a welcoming and engaging environment for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate menu knowledge, including food offerings, cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages
- Make recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Communicate guest requests and special accommodations effectively with the culinary and management teams
- Follow Hyatt service standards and food safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with fellow colleagues to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
