Server Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
