What You'll Do:

• Build genuine relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers, delivering warm, efficient service
• Develop thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus to guide guests confidently
• Accurately ring up orders and manage the guest checkout process, handling cash and card payments
• Pre-bus tables, greet guests, and deliver food in your assigned section, keeping it clean per protocol
• Provide safe, responsible alcohol service - checking IDs and watching for signs of intoxication
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy and health department regulations
• Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, and management teams to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous serving experience a plus, but not required
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
• Basic computer literacy and math skills
• Must be at least 19 years old
