We are looking for an experienced server with a strong sense of hospitality and customer service that wants a change from the current restaurant environment, the stress and hardship of late nights, and uncertain tips.

Fine Dining Server Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer a high level of hospitality
• Provide flawless table service
• Answer food, wine, and beverage questions
• Make beverage recommendations
• Maintain impeccable table appearance
• Course food items appropriately
• Accurate operation of our POS system
• Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred
• Professional appearance
• Knowledge about fine food
• Knowledge about wine and beverage pairings
• Presentation skills
• Attention to detail
