1. Proven experience in network topology design (e.g., Spine-Leaf architecture) and hands-on implementation.
2. Familiarity with L11/L12 rack-level power consumption, thermal requirements, and hands-on deployment experience.
3. Expertise in selecting, validating, and managing 400G/800G transceivers (e.g., OSFP, QSFP-DD), DAC/AOC cables, and optical fibers.
4. Experience collaborating with System Integrators (SI) for network switch deployment, provisioning, and configuration.
5. Strong hands-on experience with on-site customer deployment, integration, and issue resolution.
6. Hands-on experience with network performance testing tools (e.g., Ixia, Spirent, iPerf) and traffic generation validation.
7. Solid understanding of RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCEv2), Priority-based Flow Control (PFC), and Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN).
8. Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) or experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible) for repetitive testing configurations is a plus.
