Role Summary: Provide prompt, efficient service of food and beverages. Set and clear tables, keep the restaurant tidy, and advise guests on menu items and drinks.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Guest Service: Interact courteously with guests, provide basic product and service information, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Follow Operational Procedures: Perform routine tasks such as setting tables, serving food and beverages, and operating basic equipment according to established guidelines.
Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment, and promote a clean and safe work environment.
Ensure Compliance and Quality: Follow mandatory procedures to meet service quality standards and comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Support Team Operations: Work scheduled shifts, contribute to team goals, and participate in training and development to enhance personal capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Completion of secondary education or equivalent (e.g., U.S. high school diploma, GCSEs, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
General Experience: Experience as a server required.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service, build customer loyalty, and create positive dining experiences through respectful and empathetic interactions.
Strong Communication Skills: Capable of presenting menu options, navigating service conversations, and sharing clear, accurate information with guests.
Attention to Detail and Multi-Tasking: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in order-taking, table assignments, and service delivery.
Team Collaboration: Works well with others to support smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction through coordinated efforts.
Flexibility and Scheduling Reliability: Adapts to changing needs and works effectively within assigned schedules to meet restaurant demands.
Health, Safety, and Compliance Awareness: Follows safety protocols and organizational procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
