Server

The Breakfast Server is entrusted with delivering exceptional customer service to all dining guests at the restaurant/hotel. This role involves ensuring prompt service, accurate order-taking, and a comprehensive understanding of the menu offerings and daily specials. The Breakfast Server is responsible for serving patrons in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their dining experience. Additional duties include table setup, clearing used dishes, assisting with cleaning tasks, and adherence to all restaurant policies and procedures.

Position Summary:

The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all dining guests at the restaurant/hotel. This role involves taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving guests in a professional and friendly manner, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The Breakfast Server will also assist with table setup, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. We will also have monthly weddings we will need a server to help with.

Job Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

- Take precise food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu items and daily specials.

- Serve food and beverages professionally, adhering to company standards.

- Assist with cleaning duties, including table setup, clearing dishes, and following hygiene standards.

- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and emergency protocols.

- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

- Ability to handle pressure and maintain attention to detail.

- Professional and positive attitude towards work.

- Possession of a Food Handlers Certificate and ABC Certificate is preferred.
