Server

As a Server at Oyster House, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. You'll interact with customers, take orders, and deliver food and drinks while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, explain the menu, and answer any questions about the food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared properly.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in on tables and offering refills or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
