The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming dining experience every day.

Schedule
Full-Time | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

$18-$21/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Set tables and maintain dining room stations.
- Take resident orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
- Prior food service experience preferred.
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
