- Follow sequence of service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale dining setting
- Availability: evenings and weekend availability
- Outgoing, upbeat, and guest-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfort with basic math for handling orders and payments
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and remain alert for long periods
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Frequent use of hands, arms, and engaging in bending, reaching, and twisting motions
