As a Server, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every visit to Victory Tap - Plano is welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable.

- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide menus while creating a positive first impression.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage selections.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, accurately, and with attention to detail.
- Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or well-established restaurant.
- Current TABC and Food Handler certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
