- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
- Basic math skills for accurately processing orders and payments
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support fellow team members
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
