Server

A Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to members. They ensure members have a positive dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and accurately take their food and drink orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
• Serve food and beverages to members in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure member satisfaction by checking in periodically and offering refills or additional items.
• Clean and set tables between members and maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with food preparation or side work as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
