What great looks like here
We run on 4 values. Here's what they look like on a real shift:
- Every Guest Is a Regular. You greet a table like you've known them for years, you remember the guy who orders his burger medium-rare with extra pickles, and you say goodbye like you'll see them tomorrow.
- Clear Is Kind. You want feedback and you can take it mid-shift without it ruining your night. You're straight with your teammates, too.
- Play To Win. You know the menu cold, you follow our steps of service, and when something goes wrong at your table, you own it and fix it.
- Let's GO!!! You bring energy on a slammed Friday, and you're the first one cheering when a teammate crushes a shift.
Be honest with yourself
This job is hard on a Saturday night. You'll run a full section during a rush, get coached on the fly, and check on a table one more time when you'd rather sit down. If that sounds draining, we're probably a bad fit for each other.
If it sounds like a good night, you'll love it here. You'll feel the pride of getting a little better every shift, and you'll do it next to people who push you.
Restaurant experience helps. Attitude and work ethic matter more, and we'll teach you the rest.
