What You’ll Do
Servers at Nomad Diner are expected to bring poise, positivity, and a deep commitment to both team and guest experience. Responsibilities include:
Opening & closing duties — Prepare the restaurant with care, ensuring the space is ready before the first guest arrives and properly closed at the end of each shift.
Accurate financial handling — Manage all transactions responsibly, closing out each shift with accuracy and integrity.
Deliver polished hospitality — Bring your unique personality to every interaction, creating warm, memorable moments for guests.
Menu knowledge — Understand and confidently sell the full menu, including food, cocktails, wine, and beer.
Team support — Actively support your teammates, contributing to a collaborative, uplifting environment.
Maintain high standards — Show up prepared, punctual, and ready to contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive workspace.
Engage with service goals — Understand how your role contributes to the restaurant’s broader goals and guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a special team
