Who You Are:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act a Housekeeper for our resident facilities. This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationships with staff and residents. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.
Position Summary:
Hiring Part-Time servers under the supervision of the Executive Dining Room Manager, with a minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. Must be able to work weekends and holidays (Non-negotiable). This position could lead to a Lead Server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication.
Final eligibility includes successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen test.
