Server: Part-time

Part Time, 20-25 hours a week. Must be available Weekends and some evenings during the week!

Position Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to)

Prepare the dining room for meal service, including table setup and stocking service areas
Serve meals, beverages, and desserts to residents in a timely and courteous manner
Clear and reset tables during and after meal service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas
Assist with meal service preparation and closing duties
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
Foster positive relationships with residents and team members
Ensure resident satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 15 years old
Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour (Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience)

Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards, and ensure everyone is happy with their meal.
Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash and restock inventory as needed.
Perform side work duties as assigned
