What You'll Expect
As a Server, you’ll create a great guest experience by taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, maintaining clean tables, and ensuring guests’ needs are exceeded. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly
- Verify guest IDs for alcohol service per NH state regulations
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked stations throughout the shift
- Upsell menu items and premium beverage options
- Answer questions about food and drinks, including ingredients and preparation
- Maintain table appearance, pre-bus, refill drinks, and reset tables
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and alcohol awareness procedures
- Report guest concerns or issues promptly to the Manager on Duty

What We Require
- Must be 18 years of age or older and meet legal and company standards for alcohol service
- Physically able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds and open/close containers
- Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment with potential exposure to chemicals and temperature extremes
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
- Tip pooling is optional/voluntary for tipped employees
