We are seeking a passionate and visionary Systems Lead Engineer to join our team. You will:

Architectural Leadership and Collaboration: Engage with internal Dell team members, vendors, and technical partners across global sites to drive architectural excellence in product design. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and success.

Development and Integration Management: Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery. Work across subsystems including hardware design for high-speed signal circuit boards, CPU & memory complexes, GPUs and accelerators, network devices and fabrics, enterprise storage arrays, direct liquid cooling solutions, AC-DC and DC-DC power architectures, Dell iDRAC systems management software, BIOS, FPGA, firmware, enterprise operating systems, and data center rack-solution designs.

Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards. Design and implement robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.

Strategic Business and Portfolio Management: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet our customers’ needs. Drive solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.

Vendor and Technical Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success. Engage in root cause analysis and defect resolution to maintain high-quality standards.
