1. Guest Service — Greet and assist guests while providing friendly, professional service throughout their movie experience.
2. Order Taking — Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the restaurant/POS system.
3. Food & Beverage Delivery — Deliver meals, snacks, and drinks directly to guests in the theater while maintaining presentation and accuracy.
4. Guest Satisfaction— Check on guests throughout their visit, respond to requests, and resolve basic service concerns promptly.
5. Theater Maintenance — Keep assigned theaters, tables, and service areas clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests.
6. Teamwork & Operations— Communicate with kitchen staff, bartenders, managers, and other servers to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
