Lead end-to-end Server projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and clients to deliver on time, on budget, and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead and manage NPI project from project kick-off to MP sustaining
2. Lead and facilitate internal/external discussions until closed
3. Able to reach objectively good negotiation result, maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
4. Proactively solves problems with functional teams
5. Proactively solves potential problems with functional teams, avoids unnecessary conflicts
6. Able to set the priorities for the multiple tasks and meet or exceed customers’ expectations
