1.Supplier Identification & Evaluation
-Source and qualify new suppliers for racks and related components.
-Conduct RFQs/RFPs and compare vendor proposals for cost, quality, and lead time.
2.Procurement & Negotiation
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
-Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
3.Supply Chain Coordination
-Manage logistics, shipping, and customs clearance for imported racks.
-Monitor inventory levels and align sourcing with demand forecasts.
-Supply strategy plan and well implementation
4.Quality & Compliance
-Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure racks meet safety/load-bearing certifications.
-Track defect rates and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
5.Vendor Relationship Management
-Build long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers.
-Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks such as dependency or geopolitical issues.
6.Financial & Commercial Management
-Conduct cost analysis and track total cost of ownership (TCO).
-Deliver measurable cost savings against budget targets.
