Chef David LeFevre's Fishing with Dynamite is an eclectic, chef driven restaurant focusing on soulful food, engaging service, hand crafted cocktails and boutique wine selections. We are looking to recruit magnetic, passionate, experienced and motivated Bartenders/Mixologists to join our family.
A qualified Server Candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years serving experience in a high volume/upscale restaurant rich in food culture and artisanal product a foodie at heart. Thoughtful and engaging service that builds relationships with our Guests will be the stamp of any qualified candidate. Excellent knowledge of wine is required to navigate friendly, but deep selection. Candidates for all positions will possess humility, respect and integrity.
A flexible schedule is preferred dinner hours and Friday/Saturday/Sunday brunch availability is required. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building. If youre a server who gets excited about showing our Guests whats new on the menu than youre exactly what were looking for.
