Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team at our restaurant in Colleyville. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers
• Take food and drink orders
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Upsell menu items and specials
• Process payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Server is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
