Someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, can maintain a clean and organized work area, and help to ensure customers are receiving both high-quality products and high-quality service. Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience
• Know the food and drink menus in detail
• Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc.
• Know how to open and close the restaurant
• Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities
• Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience
