1. HW or FW or TPM related experience.
2. Leading RD and work with team to drive key issue analysis and possible solution discuss
3. Leading internal different function teams to accomplish system level feasibility study and designs that are competitive and cost effective.
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and Leading function teams to provide technical input to help identify and solve project risks that may affect overall project plans and schedules.
5. Leading design teams through full product development and into production.
6. Able to manage product designs and product documentations at a system level.
7. Keep abreast of the latest technology and perform independent research and engineering studies.
8. Effectively consult on multiple projects in parallel.
