What You'll Be Doing
- Perform setup, functional testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products.
- Execute testing procedures according to work instructions and accurately document test results.
- Support BIOS updates, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other product validation activities.
- Assist with packing, labelling, shipping, and other production-related tasks.
- Ensure products meet quality standards by following established testing procedures and operational guidelines.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies and maintain a clean, organised work area following 5S standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other operational duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, testing, or a related technical environment.
- Technical school, vocational school, high school qualification, or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude.
- Experience in server hardware testing or electronics testing will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts.
Working Hours / Shift Schedule:
🔄 Rotating 3-shift system:
- A Shift: Mon – Thu, 8:00am – 8:00pm
- B Shift: Fri – Sat (8:00am – 8:00pm) & Mon – Tue (8:00pm – 8:00am)
- C Shift: Wed – Sat, 8:00pm – 8:00am
