Server – The Mimosa House
Location: Folsom – Riley Street

The Mimosa House is looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused Servers to join our Folsom Riley Street team! We are a fast-paced breakfast and brunch restaurant known for great food, creative mimosas, and providing a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, specials, and beverage offerings
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and anticipate their needs
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-volume environment

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

Schedule:
The Mimosa House is open daily from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Availability during our busiest weekend and holiday shifts is required.
