About the position...

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to club members and guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. This position works closely with kitchen and other restaurant staff and creates a positive dining experience by delivering outstanding hospitality, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction.

• Takes orders, delivers food, busses tables and restocks items.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and refills items as needed.
• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, prep and kitchen areas.
• Completes all daily side work and has it signed off on by a manager.
• Responsible for checks, cash and credit card transactions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

What we are looking for from you...

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous experience in serving is required - fine dining is highly preferred
• Familiarity with handling and recommending popular cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and spirits, while maintaining responsible alcohol service.
• RAMP Certification is highly preferred
• Regular and reliable attendance & transportation is required
• Day & evening availability is required, Sunday availability is preferred
• Must be able to work varying weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry food trays for long periods of time
• A positive attitude!
• Ability to provide quality customer service to guests
