Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Schedule:
Seeking applicants with night and weekend availability. General shifts are 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides attentive, personalized service to club members and guests.
- Pours and serves beer and wine confidently and accurately.
- Learns member preferences and goes the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Works closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Communicates clearly and openly with both team and management.
- Arrives on time and ready to contribute to a smooth service.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age (beer, wine, and spirits are served at this location).

Some bartending experience is preferred but not required.
