Key Responsibilities
- Service Excellence
- Provide gracious, efficient, and knowledgeable service throughout each shift
- Greet members by name and build positive, professional relationships
- Guide members through menus, specials, and wine selections
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain table standards, including proper settings, clearing, and resetting
Operational Support

Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and station organization

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining rooms, service stations, and beverage areas

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Support banquet or event service as needed
Standards & Safety

Follow all club service standards, steps of service, and grooming guidelines

Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies

Handle member concerns with professionalism and communicate issues to management promptly
Qualifications

Prior serving experience preferred; private club or fine dining experience a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure

Professional appearance and member‑first mindset

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
