Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Take accurate orders and input into POS; Deliver food and beverages with speed and accuracy
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly; Maintain clean tables and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow food safety and service standards
- Handle payments and tip reporting accurately

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 16 years old and able to obtain any required permits or certifications.
- States like VA, MI, IN, PA, OH, CO, must be at least 18 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Carrying trays and plates
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Working in fast-paced conditions
Work Environment:
Fun, fast-paced, and rewarding full-service restaurant environment with continuous guest interaction. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
