Server/ Waitress

Bar server is responsible for greeting guests, taking and serving drink orders, checking IDs, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area, while providing knowledgeable, friendly service to enhance guest experience!

• Greet guests, present menus, and explain specials
• Take accurate drink and simple food orders using POS systems
• Serve beverages using correct glassware and presentation standards
• Check customer identification and follow alcohol-service laws (e.g., TIPS, LLBO rules)
• Upsell premium beverages and promotions to increase revenue
• Monitor guest consumption and intervene when necessary for safety
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area; restock supplies and glassware
• Clear tables, collect glassware, and support overall floor operations
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff for timely service
